As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for the preparation, spraying and finalising of our products within a fast changing environment whilst working with attention to detail. Taking pride in your work, you will carry out all tasks to the highest standards, being able to work with quality assurance processes and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Additionally, you will ensure that work areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy.

Previous spraying experience and the ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of spray paint technology and mixing is essential.

Being one of the UK’s Phenolic and Polyester fibreglass moulding manufacturers, we at MTAG Composites are actively looking for Production Operatives to join our growing team.

As a Production Operative, you will be assisting with the production of fibreglass products for the rail and leisure industries. Duties could include being responsible for assembling parts to drawing / work instructions; filing, sanding, drilling panels to set specifications, laying and mixing of fibreglass, prepping and trimming. Working to a planned schedule in a timely manner. As these roles are hands-on, previous experience using hand-tools such as grinders and drills is preferred.

Working with attention to detail and accuracy, we would expect you to take pride in your work, carrying out all tasks to the highest standards. A good understanding of drawing is preferable, internal training will be given to our specific processes.

As well as being a good team player, you should also be able to work well under own initiative to meet Company demands.

Min Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the opportunity of overtime when required.
